Who, on earth, was the original contractor for the building??? Osama Bin Laden? >>> Nope, just a lazy crook of a builder who dug up rubble from some hillside to use as fill. The whole area has been used for army training at some point or another. When a building crew digs up a few tons of rubble in the middle of the night to use for levelling a construction site, they don't sift through it to make sure that unexploded tank shells didn't get dug up by accident. It's been sitting there for at least 16 years. Occasionally you hear of shells from WW2 being found in England or European countries.
