Hi everyone No cows in the city of Victoria - but whales, yes - the sculptured kind (you can now go whale-watching on land, as well as by boat...). They are from the same mold, and underneath are your basic black and white orca, but are otherwise decorated. It is a fund-raising project for charity - and fun for photo-snapping tourists. When I was downtown the other day, I had to watch I wasn't part of the photoshoots <g>
