I have some Italian parsley that grows in the garden, and it has the prettiest white flower, so looks really pretty in the spring, when there's not a lot else in bloom, except for the tulips, and this stuff is so hardy it survives our winters (which aren't as bad as those in the states more north of us, but we do get the odd very cold snap, where it's well below freezing for the high). The other stuff I have going well in the garden is chives. It's about the most neglected thing (apart from the dratted mint), but comes up strong each year.
