Well, Christmas has partly started here in the UK with the christmas "Blue Peter" programme. The crib was set up and the Chalk Farm Salvation Army band led in a multitude of local children singing "O come all ye faithful". It never fails to make me sniff slightly. (Blue Peter is a magazine programme for children, for those unfamiliar with it.)
Tomorrow Christmas really gets going with carols from Kings - or, the Festival of nine lessons and carols from King's College, Cambridge. it is broadcast on radio in the afternoon and then the television version is shown on BBC2 beginning at 5.15 - a lovley way to begin celebrating. So, a very happy Christmas to everyone and a peaceful time to all. patricia in Wales [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] containing the line: unsubscribe lace-chat [EMAIL PROTECTED] For help, write to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
