[lace-chat] Secret Pal acknowledgements

As all participants of the Secret pal exchanges are aware, the rules 
state that packages will be mailed                                      
                                                                        
             out in time to arrive by 15th of the month and that an 
acknowledgement message (doesn't have to be long!) is sent to lace-chat 
to let your sending partner know that it has arrived.  Alternatively 
you can send it to me to forward to your pal.

It is now 18th February, 5.15pm in England and to date only about HALF 
of you have posted your acknowledgement messages - and I've had two 
enquiries asking if a package posted two weeks ago has arrived.

So - unless the postal services around the world are failing us - quite 
a lot of people have either posted late or have not acknowledged on 
time.

If you have received a package and have not yet sent the thank you 
message please do so ASAP.  If you mailed your package on time, have 
not seen an acknowledgment on chat yet and one doesn't appear in the 
next 24 hours please contact me and I will chase it up.

The rules of the exchange are quite clear, and anyone not keeping to 
them without very good reason will be taken out of the exchange and 
their partner re-assigned
