Hi folks
I just had to tell you about our local council. Delivered along with a lot
of other freebie junk mail was a poster size foldout from our local
authority. It contained lots of adverts which has generated the revenue to
produce this amazing tomb of information. Poor sad sops that they've been.
The council have gone to great lengths to inform us as to which week our
various bins are to be collected ie blue and green week 1 black bins week 2.
they have even produced a calender and a chart giving this information in
great detail. They have gone to even greater lengths to inform us about the
refuse collection service that will be produced over the festive
Christmas/New Year season. The only problem is ........
It is all for last Christmas and the calender of collections ends next
month!
It begs the question?
Is this efficiency at its best ? or are the council just behind with the
times? or perhaps the Post Office running to their usual schedule?
Whatever, it certainly deserves a letter of complaint..........
