It was based on a TV series, where well-known women said what really p.....s them off nowadays. Previously there was a series "Grumpy Old Men", where well-known men did the same.
I've finished reading the book, and have lent it to another member of my lace class. When I get it back, I'll let it loose on lace-chat - I'll send it to Bev and then she can send it on to someone else when she's read it, and so on.
