I knew there was a solution something like this - it's been on the tip of my
tongue all weekend, but could I remember it :)

Try deodorizing with baking soda and water :-)
Worked well when the children were small and did not always make it
to the bathroom, or were "travel" sick.
The car is smelling much sweeter now, but will carry on cleaning the
seat cover for a while.
