that is a good idea. i have sent a few resume's and applications online, but i never got a call for the job until i brought in an hand written application and a printed out resume straight to the company. i did find a house online, which i thought was great because i had to relocate for school. it worked out nice enough, but the neighbors were not so good. they wouldn't have been any better if i had shown up in person and found a different house, so i can't blame any internet misconfusion with that. >> In the uk there is a big usage of the web for recruitment. The Reed website is used by all major recruiters and you post your details on there with your cv, then reputable recruiters who subscribe to the service can post jobs and have access to you. It is very big bussiness and the main way in looking for a new job now.
