i don't have my own provider, but i could easliy create a name on my
mother's provider (which is what i use anyway) that probably has a
blocker. even my mother uses yahoo regarless of what her provider has.
the free yahoo has a blocker, but only for so many names for free. i
plan to get the dsl type of interent put in upstairs before january
when i take some online classes, so i'm sure to get rid of them then.
