I know which way most insurers will prefer to argue it! But then
again, there
will be a lot of pressure from public scrutiny on these determinations
that
may help people in a bind - let's hope.
Let's hope indeed. But, at least, those people have *some* hope of
recovering something, eventually, however weaselly and wriggly the
insurance companies are likely to be. What about those who couldn't
afford homeowners insurance (any more than they could afford health
insurance)?
