As a child I wouldn't drink anything hot, or even luke-warm. In hind sight I think it was because tea was always given to me ready sugared! I knew the sweetness was wrong, but all I could do then was add more! Yuck!

I'm definitely a coffee person - never touched tea until about ten years ago, and if I do occasionally have tea it has to be *very* weak, preferably Earl Grey, and certainly no sugar or milk. I used to drink a lot of coffee but it started keeping me awake and even giving me the shakes so now I limit it to two or three cups a day. At home it's usually instant - from laziness - with lots of skimmed milk. If I'm out I often choose cappuchino but only if it's made properly, the instant variety gives me stomach ache. At work I have a supply of fruit 'teas' - infusions I think they are called - don't like the ones with real tea in - or else I'm happy with plain water or fruit juice.
