For the past couple of days, I've been reading reports and comments on
the side-effects of Ambien (a popular sleeping pill in US). Apparently,
some of the people who use it sleepwalk. They'll get up and drive,
without being aware they'd been driving, until they're stopped by the
police or crash. Some of them develop an eating disorder; while asleep,
they'll get up and raid their fridge or pantry for food, cook, eat
uncooked food etc (the most extreme case reported was a woman in full
body cast who couldn't move. Except when asleep and foraging <g>). None
of the people involved remember any of their actions when woken up.
Needless to say, the report has all comedians in stitches. The best
"take" on the subject I've seen so far:

The Borowitz report is worth bookmarking, for a daily dose of giggles.
But it's only comprehensible to those who keep up with the US news...
