Trying to fool my body with fake sugar makes it crave sweets & I end up fatter than if I'd used real sugar in moderation.

I recently discovered that one square of dark chocolate when I get up from my nap takes off the urge to have a meal right then and then eat my supper an hour later. Unfortunately, I learned this on my last square of dark chocolate, and I don't know where to buy imported chocolate. (It turns up as a special purchase at Aldi's now and then, but I don't have a reliable source.) But the new ruling is only days old, so the labels on American chocolate should be usable for a while.

And, come to think of it, I have never shopped for chocolate at our other supermarket. (I have to drive past Kroger to get to Marsh, so I hardly ever go to Marsh.)
