I have a person who's in the traveling cast of "Wicked" who is looking for a place to stay in Boston for 8 weeks. She will pay for room & board. She stayed at my place for 2 weeks and she was clean, quiet and respectful. She gets so tired of staying in hotels she prefers to rent a room when she can.
