We are also supposed to start spring today but it is the coldest it has been all winter. We live in a winter rainfall area and had very heavy rain over the weekend with snow on the high mountains - a wonderful sight for all of us as we are not used to snow. The snow stays for a week or two while we gawk at the sight. The minimum temperature here has dropped to about 5 degrees Celsius and the daytime temp yesterday was about 12 degrees which to us is just about freezing temp!!
