I just wanted to share my relieve with you.
Yesterday DD Dorothee was to her 1st annual checkup after her brain
surgery last Dec.
The doctors say, her brain is FINE. I am so glad.
There are some functional problems due to the surgery such Aas
concentration and short
term memory. ( don't know, how you call that propperly). But the
doctor says that it's normal
and that it take longer time for the brain to find new ways to build
up new connections within
the brain.
Her eyesight has narrowed down a bit more, too. Maybe this nerve
will recover, too,
eventually.
But all in all we are looking forward to a much happier Christmas
Season than the last one.
