Nelson Mandela celebrated his 90 th birthday last year. The Post Office issued a miniature sheet for foreign postage to commemorate the occasion. I have three miniature sheets to raffle should anybody be interested. I will post anywhere in the world. Entries close next week Sunday 25th of Jan and if there are more than three requests, I will have a lucky draw.
