Probably not Polish. I don't know much about Polish embroidery but, according to the book I have (Polski haft ludowy -- Polish Folk Embroidery), what little of pulled-thread embroidery there was, seemed to have been done in the western and central parts of Poland, not in the eastern part. And it was mostly floral, rather than geometric, the way your piece is.
But I can't say for certain-sure; negative evidence is always less illuminating than positive evidence. It's not in the book, but does it mean it wasn't made, or that none srvived (the book deals with costumes, rather than home furnishings), or that the author didn't come accross any examples?
