The City of Chicago has launched a project to redesign the City’s current website (www.cityofchicago.org). The goal is a design that is focused on ensuring users have a rich, interactive and personalized experience while locating the exact information they need!
I am looking for Chicago residents to talk with facilitators (I'll be one of the facilitators and would love to meet a Chicago lacrmaker!!) in focus groups of 6-8 adults for about 90 minutes. The goal of each focus group is to collect thoughts and ideas so we know what users need, want and expect from the city’s website. Every opinion is valid and no experience with the web, email, internet, and websites is necessary! Groups will take place at several locations around Chicago over February 9th through February 20th.
