Dom, did you know that Italians -- who cook everything in olive oil -- have fewer heart attacks than the French -- who cook everything in butter?
And no, we shall *not* talk about the Poles -- who cook everything in bacon grease. *Or* about the other 50% of my genetic makeup; I *hate* chicken fat, rendered or not.

Yours, slurping a nice and filling homemade (put a couple of bones removed from a smoked ham... etc) *bean* soup. Polish; the onions were fried in bacon grease.
