I use an Easy Yo. It is fantastic. I have used it for years and now my son uses one. You buy a box of the packets of powder and from then on you only need cold water and boiling water. fantastic yogurt. we like the Greek one, there are a few different one. we get it from Lakeland kitchens. Vivienne
