I was out with a friend today and we happened into a wee shop which
specialises in natural oils and remedies, and there was one for hot
flushes - just a drop on a hankie will keep them at bay for up to a day.
There were several letters written by women who had experienced great relief
from them.
As I have never suffered really badly with them, and they are almost gone
after approx 20 years (started by early surgery), I really was not concerned
