I need help!! I crochet left handed. I have tried over the years to do it
right handed but I just can't do it. Funny that I tat right handed but I think
it is because most of the work is actually done with the left hand. All the
shuttle does is go back and forth. I taught myself how to tat from a book.
Back to crochet...I have been trying and trying to make the cording for
Romanian Point Lace. I know that Patricia Pike from Buffalo, New York area has
shown me many times since she also crochet left handed...and then I get home
and
I forget how it do it again. I have mirrored scans of the diagrams for it so
the
diagrams look backwards...I have read and and tried over and over again. I
think
what I need is a UTUBE video on how to make the cord left handed. I think if I
can get a left hand crocheter to do that then I can actually really learn how
to
make the cord and make Romanian Point Lace. This lace is something I have been
wanting to learn how to do for years...I just don't how to make the cording.
Can
someone help me? Or even still pictures of the cording being make with an
explanation would be useful. I just want to have something that I can use as a
reference here at home. Something I can sit and look at and look at. I also
think it would be a great thing to have on the internet for left handed
crocheter like me this resourse. Of coarse I think it is a good idea for the
right handed people too. Is anybody game on doing this for the good of Romanian
Point Lace?
