And my maiden surname was Burgh.  To pronounce it, think of Edinburgh, where
I grew up.  It sounds like "Burruh".

Anyone who saw it written would pronounce it wrong, and anyone who heard it
would spell it wrong.  8-(

Now I'm an Allcock, and only have to say "with a double L", and "no, not
Allcott".  Much easier now.
