Another thing you tend to do if you are looking for something in a reference
book is to notice something else of interest, and you can meander off in all
sorts of directions. With on-line material you get links decided by someone
else.
Books don't seem to strain my eyes as much as a computer screen does. And
there's nothing like the feel of a book in your hands - that can never be
replaced by a Kindle. And where would I put my book mark in a novel?
