[lace-chat] glues

this is not about lace making but I am hoping that you spiders of much 
knowledge will tell me the sort of glues I might use to restick a crystal 
type stone back into a piece of jewellry.  My DH cleaned it in the machine 
yesterday and one of the stones fell out.
I used to make jewellry many moons ago and have completely forgotten what I 
used.
I would hate to not be able to wear it, it is the most gorgious maltese type 
cross shaped pendant with purple and black stones in it.
