Since I have run the last couple of exchanges, I have been asked by several members to state the following notice so that everyone understands. ? In the last several years we have developed a problem with multiple people signing up for the exchanges, being assigned a partner, then not delivering their required piece of lace even after they receive their partner's offering. In most of these cases the partner not meeting their obligations did not notify anyone and we were unable to contact them to find out what happened.? This is extremely unfair and needs to stop. If you have no intention of making the lace, then do not sign up. If you have signed up and decide to drop out, please have the common courtesy to tell both your partner and the exchange organizer. ?
