Got the latest update from Retournac today. Printed it out, just for the heck of it, and it was a page and a quarter of names with e-addresses (Clay, yours's "off"; it's still the aol one), and a quarter page of news (new set of patterns among other things)...
Now, I really have y'all's "number" <g>, but thought some of you might be less than happy about it, so I wrote back to suggest they use BCc (blind carbon copy) in the future mailings. But, I wrote in English, since I have no French (beyond some teen "naughties"), and I have no idea how well English is understood there *on a daily basis*...
Could one of our French members please follow up and make sure that the message is understood?
I also suggested that, in order for the mailings *not* to be classified as "spam" despite the "undisclosed recipients", they ought to put themselves (or me, since I don't give a d... about being "outed" <g>) in the "to:" line. Given that I'm a compu-idiot, that may be all wrong; would someone with more 'puter savvy (and good French <g>) *please* correct that if necessary?
