During the past weeks, I have been sewing fabric to SIX handkerchiefs. Now, I am finishing a small mat begun in a course of Punto Fiandra di Gorizia taken at the forum Italia Invita last May. That technique is worked with only three pairs and is more easily done on a bolster pillow. It is fun to make and quite surprising what can be done with that technique. The thread used is Filato per tombolo di Cantu #50. I have seen it also done in color and with metallic threads.
