The pictures of your work are very lovely.

Thanks; I quite like some of them myself, now that time has passed and I'm no longer sick and tired of making them up :)

I can't wait until I see The Lovebirds.

Yes, well... It turns out that we're not supposed to post photos of our entries to the non-IOLI websites until after they'd appeared in the IOLI Bulletin. And the next Bulletin isn't due out till October, so, unless IOLI decides to post them on *their* website (hint, hint <g>), you'll have to take it on faith that the Lovebirds are deserving of what they got :)

And, even if I *were* permitted to post, there's a snag... Fiorenza (my "hostess") says I should learn to upload the photos to my album myself -- simpler all around (being direct) and saves her puter space while the stuff is in transit. Naturally, I have no idea how to do it, being puter-illiterate. And I won't have the time to begin the learning process until Tuesday *at the earliest*; I'll have a revolving door at my "hotel" (various branches of the family coming to visit en masse. And it ain't even Christmas <g>) beginning tomorrow...

Congratulations on your win.

Thanks. It's not the winning that counts; it's the participation (and the grapes are sour anyway <g>). But it was a lively competition, and I'm pleased with my second place (even though DH isn't <g>)
