Tess, I'm with you!
I think for us, quality is important. Computer speed and capacity is
improving all the time so downloading will get easier/faster as time goes on
and we may live to regret a reduced quality decision? The book is so rare,
only available in two state libraries in Australia; Brisbane and Adelaide
and when I made an appointment to study it in Adelaide, (while attending a
Lace Guild AGM as I live in NSW) I was told it was too old and could not be
copied in any way! All I could do was take notes for hours and didn't get
past the first volume. The total print run was only 300 and the copy I
accessed in Adelaide was copy 9!
thanks for asking our opinion Tess, and thanks again for all your wonderful
effort in producing this archive.
