Hi everyone and Jo with the little insects
My free advice would be to put your pillow in the freezer if you have one
for a few days. That should get rid of the adult insects. More might hatch
after that if the insect eggs survive freezing (lather, rinse repeat).

If you can't freeze the pillow - and I wouldn't recommend insect poisons
as an alternative - my next piece of free advice would be to make another
pillow, of synthetic material covered with wool or cotton batting, then
fabric, unless you can find stuffing matter on
Cyprus that won't make you sneeze.
