Anyone who is looking for a truly international lace organisation should 
consider joining OIDFA, the International Bobbin and Needle Organisation. Current 
membership provides 4 issues of a very well edited Bulletin and the chance to 
attend a wonderful international Congress next summer in Prague, Czech 
Republic. The  Congress will be held July 16-18, 2004..  Classes in Czech lace will 
be available before the Congress and various tours to inclulde the country's 
lace centers  will be available in the days following the Congress. 
Dues in the US are $35 a year.  In Euope, 29 Euros  and outside Europ, 32 
Euros US members pay $35.
