Devon and all otheers, I agree nearly with every word Lorelei had written. But on sunday I could discover that things become better now, here in Germany. On our one-day-meeting Kloeppeln zwischen den Meeren" from Barbara Fay I saw for the first time TV. They were there for at least one hour. I couldn't see the result it is a regional emission in Schleswig Holstein we couldn't get. The first times I was involved in showing journalist what lacemaking is it was always TV. They interviewed the lady who organized our meeting and they make a film of some people doing lacemaking. And in all cases they send about 15 minutes and why they asked us before they make a good job. Once the reporter was encoured enough to try it himself. Then some month ago in our local radio station they asked their listener to tell about their hobies. So I phoned imediately and they send me a young lady. She spend the whole morning at our home. She was interested in everything about lace, making, collecting it, reconstructing it, in the historie, about my own refences and so on. She tried to make it audible how I do it. And than she must put all this in an three-minute broadcasting I think she did it not bad. Greetings Ilske
