I forgot to mention that this winder can be found by looking for item # 2556733734 on ebay. It is listed as "Victorian Spinning Wheel? For Bundle Tieing?" I did try to email the seller to let her know what she had, but I am not signed up for ebay and couldn't get in touch with her. If someone else would like to do that, I am sure she would be appreciative.
