It's all fairly obvious, but, just in case, once again:
1. The url is in the signature. The link to the advent calendar is a little graphic with a Holly leaf next to the main title, and is entitled 'Advent Calendar' ('Calendrier de l'Avent' in French, for which Josette Martin-Favelier has once again provided a translation).
2. The calendar has 24 windows. You can only open a window on or after the relevant day in December. (This is done by Javascript, so if you can't open the windows at all check that scripting is enabled in your browser or email me for help.)
3. Each window has a wee lace picture (simple pleasures!).
4. Three of the windows have links to small seasonal bobbin lace patterns. If you are running Internet Explorer the days with links will be obvious from the cursor changing from the pointer to a hand. (If you are running Netscape or Mozilla this will not be obvious as all days will show a cursor hand - the days with links are 3rd, 5th and 11th.) There will be plenty of time to make the lace items to hang on your Christmas tree or whatever.
5. The competition this year (with prizes of *real* Lace Guild calendar or a Christmas bobbin) is simply (oh so simple for some) to identify the type of lace in six of the pictures.
The page will be slow to load the first time, but, as long as you don't clear your cache, should load quickly on subsequent occassions. If you have any problems let me know, if possible indicating whether you are using Windows or Mac, and what browser (Explorer or Netscape or Mozilla or whatever) and which version (try the 'about' menu item.)
