I've searched Amazon, both .com and .co.uk but can't locate this book.  Can
anyone help please?
I have this book on order from Lacy Susan <www.lacysusan.com>. It is 
being sent out with another book that she picked up for me at the NEC 
as soon as she gets unpacked from her trip.

I imagine other lace suppliers will also be able to order it for you.
