Hannah and Amanda I think I can safely speak for everyone on this list in saying that we are all really sorry for you and the rest of your family. As you can hear from the list already we would love to be able to help you get some lace equipment again. Some of us may have extra equipment around the house, some of us would prefer to make a gift via a supplier.
For those of us who are searching our closets and stashes can you tell us what sort of pillows and bobbins etc you are used to using so that we know what would be most helpful? eg cookie, roller, block, bolster pillow and midlands or continental bobbins. What sort of thread do you use most? What sort of lace do you make (in case we have duplicate books on our shelves)?
