[lace] IOLI dues payment

[Jo Ann Eurell]

Tamara has already posted the current method of IOLI dues payment. We are
looking into accepting dues via credit card. In the past, this option was
too costly for us but we are once again exploring the option.

Our current IOLI treasurer cannot accept email from the website at this
time so please direct any membership questions to the membership chairman,
Adele Ward. You can reach her email by clicking on her name in the
officer's list.
