Hi Dianne,
The Museum at Coniston certainly has examples of Ruskin Lace and at certain times you will find demonstrators working there. I do not know when you intend visiting though. They may not open until Easter time. If you can find the local tourist board they should be able to tell you. It's a nice spot to visit in any case.
