Hi Joyce,

I have done PG Stage 1 and 2, and I asked my teacher in Australia (an ex
proficiency co-ordinator) for clarification about this requirement in Stage
3. She said that the wording of the proficiency guidelines are a bit
misleading and what it really is asking is for you to do is just make sure
that you do at least 6 corners amongst the pieces you submit. They don't
have to be necessarily "different methods" - just must show that you are
competent at doing advanced PG corners. I couldn't see that you could have
"different" methods of working PG corners - they are geometric or floral,
you either add extra pairs to work the corner, or you don't! She agreed.
Anyway I have not done Stage 3 as yet and probably won't, so I haven't
tested this opinion, but there are several Arachneans "listening" who have
done Stage 3 and can tell you their experience.
