Hello Folks,
I'm usually a lurker, but I'd like to start a bobbin lace pattern which has, what they
call French Fans on the outside. The only trouble is, I've never learned how to make
French Fans. There are 10 pin holes on the outside of the fan and 4 on the inside.
It's a Biggins pattern (a mat), so maybe Vivienne could help me.
Does anyone know if there's a website describing how to make French fans? I've
looked through all my books (all 3 of them!!!) and can't find them anywhere.
