[lace] How to starch lace

I have just finished a lace begun two weeks ago at a lace workshop by 
Ulrike Loehr and since it is a  3-D piece, I need to starch it. Ulrike 
suggests hair spray but I have Moravia textile starch and would like to 
use it. Do I have to dilute or do I use it as is?
