Hello Nicole and lace list I have used Zwicky silk for bobbin lace - it seems slightly thicker than Gutermanns. You might want to enlarge the pricking by a small percentage, 5% perhaps, to accommodate the difference in thickness. The colours are lovely and I'm sorry this thread is discontinued. It is quite nice to work with and I did not notice that the thread became 'un-plied' as I worked, something that happens when I use Gutermanns silk.
