Oh Elaine ! I'm so sorry to hear you had that trouble! I've spent the last three days fretting over my computer, which fortunately never completely died. In the meantime, I had a chance to back up all my data and to print out my address book. The problems aren't resolved yet, but I HAVE finally gotten a good response from my computer's tech department, and help is on the way.
Because there are so many nasty worms and viruses out there these days, I just thought I'd suggest to everyone that you do the same TODAY... you may be very glad you did (although I hope you won't ever have need for it!).
