You can't bid over the "Buy it now price". Buy it now is the only way you can buy - this isn't an auction. When I looked, on the Euros one, she had 7 copies available, on the dollar one ending on 1st June, 18 copies and on the dollar one ending on 2nd June, 17 copies. From the UK it's cheaper to buy in euros than in dollars.
