As for her sugestion of the signature: the main page of the yahoo group (the only part that can be seen by non mebers) already refers to http://www.arachne.com But I'll add a signature too. The group is meant just for the contest project it should be orginised more or less secretly to be able to take part in the competetion and the Arachne archive is public, that is non-Arachne memers can read all ideas. I took yahoo as in my opinion, it provides simple but effective tools so the group can arganise itself without much organising on a single shoulder. Anyone can throw her stone in the pond and wait untill someone else spontaniously takes over, with the skills/time needed at that point. The ideas on the man, wifes and cats are a small example. But perhaps Americans are not familiar with the Dutch non-hierarchical Poldermodel.
