As usual, the lace community has come through with flying colors! I've
sent individual thanks to most everyone, I think, (I'm on digest, so I
might be a few messages behind) but wanted to thank you all for your help
and support. Not only do I have a tatting pattern, I have links to
several crochet patterns, a suggestion for a beautiful tatted hat, and
Avital's kind hints about lining and attaching the finished snood. Now
she just has to set the date, pick a color and a style, and plan the rest
of the wedding! <vbg>

I'll take everything I have to Rachel on Saturday so she can take a look
at her choices, but she's already thrilled with your responses.

In the future, I won't rely solely on Google for my search projects - it
missed a lot of good sites.

There's just so much joy that goes into "celebration" projects for
weddings and christenings; they're so much fun to work on. I'd rather
start this one than finish the other six projects I've already got going.

I'm off camping with my family at the beach for a few days and then I'll
be helping demonstrate lacemaking at the Yamhill County Fair on Saturday
with the other lacers, so I wanted to thank everyone before I left
tomorrow morning. You're all wonderful, generous people.

Thanks again,

LeAnn in sunny Oregon
