Hi everyone and Sheila who wrote:

For sure - though my body gives me fair warning that I need to move around
- usually after just 20 minutes *something* feels fidgety - my feet, or a
numb bum <g>. I multi-task when lacemaking (usually the computer is on,
and one or another household appliance) but to take a class and sit for a
long time at a pillow - the few classes I've taken I made sure I got up
from the pillow frequently - study the laces brought by the teacher, pay
attention to a diagram being drawn for another student - or take a
breather out of the room.

However, being confined to plane or bus for a long time - that would be a
concern.
Thank you for pointing that out.
bye for now
